Record Information about Your Farm or Business
This section of the logbook contains basic information about your farm and the materials you use to produce crops.
Once entered, this information, such as crop and field names, will be available to you for auto-entering in other parts of your COG Pro logbook. You may also add farm information while you are logging activity records.
Farm ID: Provide basic information about your farm, including, ownership, location and certification.
Fields: Name and describe the various fields where you will be growing crops.

Crops: List the crops you grow that you intend to sell.
Inputs: List the various material inputs you will be using in your crop production. These include fertilizers, biological agents, pesticides and cleansers. Click the "View Input Purchases" button to record your purchases of the specific material inputs you will use in your crop production. You can also track the amount of material on hand at any one time.
Seed and Plant Sources: Identify the various seed, plant and rootstock companies you will be using.
Equipment: Identify the equipment you will be using in your production. You will later be able to record how you clean and sanitize equipment that comes into contact with your produce.
Customers: Maintain a list of your customers. You will be able to record sales and track movement of produce from your fields to the customer for traceability.
Facilities List: Identify the various buildings and facilities you will be using in growing, processing and storing your produce.
You might save time by duplicating entries and changing them. Click the plus symbol to duplicate and edit a line. To make changes to an existing line, click the
pencil symbol.
