Record Information about Your Farm & Food Safety Plan
This section of the logbook contains basic information about your farm, your Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) plan and the materials you use to produce and prepare crops for sale.
Once entered, some of this information, such as equipment and facilities, will be available to you in drop down menus in other parts of your COG Pro logbook.
Farm ID: Provide basic information about your farm, including, ownership, location and third party certifications. In this section, you can also authorize your third party inspector to have read only access to your records online.
GAP Plan: Maintain a checklist of your GAP protocols and standards.
Facilities List: Identify the various buildings and facilities you will be using in growing, processing and storing your produce.
Equipment List: Identify the equipment you will be using in growing, transporting and processing your produce.
Visitor Record: Maintain a log of visitors to your produce production and processing facilities.
You might save time by duplicating entries and changing them. Click the plus symbol to duplicate and edit a line. To make changes to an existing line, click the
pencil symbol.
