In this section of the logbook, you will record the maintenance of the health and sanitary facilities provided for your workers.

Illness/Injury Reporting Record: Log illnesses or injuries among your crew.
Hand Washing/Toilet Facility Sanitation Record: Log inspection and stocking of employee hand washing and toilet facilities on the farm.
